at 45:58The RFP process is going to have to have some flexibility, not only in the sense that we know that we still have a December 2027 date that we, per the Second Amendment, as was said, we hope becomes moot and irrelevant, but also need to be able to adjust to take on potentially additional tonnage in those issues.

at 1:50:16So this is a discussion to have, but we need to have an intentional and deliberate discussion from SCS as to what we're talking about in terms of volume, what exists already, and what are, like Member Patterson said, what are the individual consequences and decisions that individual cities will have to make, leaving aside mandates and everything else.
