at 53:40Just briefly, on a bigger note, the amount of work that staff puts into these grants lately has changed the last couple years, and it's greatly appreciated for what it does for the taxpayers, alleviating that burden, as well as a lot of our local community partners.

at 2:23:31I think it doesn't do us justice to walk out of this meeting and just settling with that and saying we'll figure out the agenda because what's going to happen is going to be behind the scenes, a tit-for-tat, where the three is, what is the two, what's the majority, and the easiest answer for these two are going to say take it to the dais and let council decide so they're not stuck in the middle of it.

at 1:17:08We have a lot of excitement internally about the abilities that we have for helping our North Greenwood community and what many of them would say finally and helping them grow and helping them beautify and be more resilient and survive.

at 1:17:34So I have a twofold question kind of for us internally to think about is what are we doing to make sure that we are really opening those doors of community engagement and education and bringing that community in for buy-in as we continue to move forward if this truly is for the benefit of their good?
