at 1:22:07So, I'd like to make a motion to approve 8B, but I'd also like to just make the comment that this is an ordinance that I am excited to pass because not only does it clean up our administrative code, it also removes a fee that we have been charging for years, if not decades, and makes it easier to own a pet in the city, which it shouldn't be difficult.

at 1:06:30Um, and I think that it's also very important that with the, the drainage problems that we have in a lot of areas in the city that, that we're not exacerbating those issues with right of way parking.

at 1:21:48So I'd like to see a comprehensive educational plan to inform residents and, um, on inform them on what the new rules are and then inform them on what their opportunities and options are so that they can maintain what they're currently doing.
