going to go into action items for a public hearing resolution number 2026-49 if i can please have the
city attorney read it yes mr chair this is resolution number 2026-49 a resolution of the board of the community redevelopment agency of the city of deltona florida approving the community redevelopment agency budget for the fiscal year commencing october 1 2026 and ending september 30th 2027 and directing the city manager or designee to submit the budget to volusia county and the city commission for their respective approvals providing for implementation scriveners errors and an effective
date this time i want to see a motion go ahead so moved all right and a second second so we have a motion by vice mayor avila vasquez and a second by commissioner santiago and there's no public comment
on this item correct no go ahead vice mayor um john i have a question um will the would they have the grant that was given out would that have been part of this um agenda item or something separate that's
coming thank you for the question in the budget there is a line item for grants for the entire year so i think that line item in this next year's budget 26 27 is 145 000 and change so the answer to the question is yes but we did give a grant this year in this current year's budget that's correct okay and
