at 25:41But truthfully, I, I'm going to vote for it, but the intent should be for the people of this community that have been involved in this process to be able to get to these meetings, preferably in person, because if we get into the habit of having these things downtown, first of all, I love technology, but you know, the fact is there's always people on the side, et cetera.

at 27:09So I'm going to support it, but I want to go on the record because that's the reason that I vote, that I agree, you know, I didn't agree with it to begin with, but if we are going to be the CRA board, then we have to be the CRA board to the people that live in this community.

at 1:22:03Yeah, my question would be the miscellaneous item there is over a million dollars, and I really, you know, there's no explanation in what approvals or controls what it's used for.

at 1:35:09It's a little bit – you know, I'm very confused, because we have so many CRAs, and, you know, the charges – I just don't want this CRA being treated differently than anybody else, number one.

at 25:46So, pretty soon, there's going to have to be a reconciling of how we rep, how we run the system and the split that has to exist between the service that's provided and how it's funded with regard to whether it's funded with a general tax through general taxes or whether it's funded through the people who actually use the system.

at 56:29Because if you're telling me that I spent 18 months traveling up and down this county fighting with our residents about the RTZ so that I could find funding that would pour into the system that would eventually accumulate enough money to fund rapid mass transit,

at 10:15This may have started with a prior mayor of Hialeah who was once on his dais, but at this point there is a new mayor, and he correctly – or he indicated to me, and I agree that the courtesy should be to speak to him.

at 11:12I've been very, very adamant from my position that when we're dealing with housing, whoever we're dealing with, whether it's my district or anybody else's, I want to see people who can get things done, and not because we've had situations where some of these things have not been done.

at 2:11:41That would be my motion, and I want to point out, I want to thank both the administration, and I want to thank the members, some that spoke today that are here today, and obviously that were involved in this, and also the applicant for taking the concerns of this commission, listening to them, and working between the last meeting and this meeting.

at 35:56I'm also okay with the virtual, even though personally my preference is in-person meetings, but I, I understand that, uh, having this, uh, uh, um, uh, opportunity for people who cannot be there in person so that every voice, uh, is heard, I, I, I, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm amenable to that.
