at 1:23:51Just on the budget, before we get, like, deep into it, would it be practical to allow our new chairwoman to actually work with the executive director and bring back a budget that's reflective of what you all need to see before we go through it all?

at 1:42:08And so a lot of the comments have started to kind of, and this is like what Commissioner Hardiman kind of said, that it's very difficult to separate that we are the board of county commissioners, but we don't sit here in that capacity.

at 1:57:58Just as a FYI, as someone who's run the chairman's office before as chairman, CRAs, and I think George and those folks, they can tell you, CRAs routinely engage in a back-and-forth process with OMB to get their budget appropriately situated to get to the chairman's office.

at 1:58:31So we're always in a position, that's why we kind of allow them to work in arrears and we, because we understand that sometimes they submit things to, and this is not speaking of this CRA, but CRAs generally submit things that OMB will kick back, they kick back budgets and say, this has to be altered, this has to be altered.

at 1:00:27Um, and, you know, when, when projects come to my district, I go above and beyond to try to get money for the stations, to try to get money to, to offset it so that I'm not taking from the half penny.

at 1:00:47So, you know, we have to figure out a way to do it so that, um, there's some equity as we all try to make this work because it is to all of our benefits to stretch the money that we have as much as possible.

at 32:23Because independent of him requesting the OSHA information, I find it offensive that someone's wife was dying from cancer and you fired them.

at 32:41And so to the extent that our governance reflects our values, that's outside the paradigm that I would understand to be acceptable values.

at 1:44:41The challenge I have with the RTZ and you all pulling out of the TIFF and all of those things is because I know that we need to build density along rapid mass transit corridors that allow people to actually live without actually having a vehicle.

at 1:44:56If we don't do those things, becoming an urban, being an urban metro area is challenging because you're requiring folks to have a car, you're requiring them to have a car, and you're primarily not building enough capacity that will actually bring down housing costs.

at 1:53:43So then at some point when it comes back to us – so in our CBO process, because our CBOs that we actually fund actually provide service to the broader community, those CBOs, in theory, for the money that we fund them for should be fine.

at 1:54:10And to the extent that we have our advisory committees or, like, the Hispanic community, the black community, like, committee, all the communities, the advisory committees, when they have their events, they might celebrate culture.

at 28:47So, if you're saying that we've been – we're going to define sole source as anytime we just decide to go to one person and that's the actual waiver, because I'm pretty sure that the understanding that we've been laboring on on this commission is that this is the only people – and I'm pretty sure we've been laboring under that assumption because you all said it.

at 29:09So, if we would have a completely different problem with regard to trust, if the previous arguments – and we can go back and pull up tapes and we can make a catalog of them for you – when you describe sole source as this is the only place we can get it, if the actual law is this is the only place we're going to get it from.
