Good afternoon. The clerk's office received notice that Vice Chairman Garcia will be absent from today's meeting. Commissioner Bastian? Here. Commissioner Harderman? Commissioner Lopez? Here. Chairman Gonzalez? I'm here. Four members present. We have a quorum. Awesome. If we can get an invocation led by my great friend, Commissioner Lopez, and the Pledge of Allegiance.

Heavenly Father, we come together today in this committee to address needs and wants from our community. May you place your hand on all of us here, especially my colleagues and myself, as we make decisions that impact so many people. We ask this in your name. Amen.
