All right. CRA budget legislative item number one is the fiscal year 2027 final budget resolution for the Plantation Community Redevelopment Agency. Mr. Ezra.

This is a resolution providing for the adoption and approval of the final revenue and appropriation budget of the Plantation Community Redevelopment Agency for the fiscal year 2027 operating fiscal year October 1, 2026 through September 30, 2027, providing findings, a savings clause, and an effective date.
