The CRA consent agenda consists of four items and may be approved with one motion. Does any member of the commission wish to pull an item? I do have members of the public that would like to pull item number three. And I do have two other people who signed up, but they did not indicate what number of the agenda they would like to pull. Is there Corey Harmon? Did you want to speak to the CRA agenda? Did you hear me?

SPEAKER_011:06

Mr. Sorrell. No. City Attorney Ezra.

Commissioner Andreu1:09

No. Okay. Can you hear me? This is Council Member Anderson. The CRA consent agenda consists of four items and may be approved with one motion. Does any member of the commission? Please pardon our technical difficulties there trying to figure the system out for our online attendees. I also have Natasha Alexander. Not indicate what number. Okay. So if I can have a motion. Motion to approve the CRA consent agenda with the exception of item three.

Yes. Mr. Coughlin, you signed up for agenda item number three, the motion to receive the expenditures for the period January 9th to January 21st.

SPEAKER_002:19

Dennis Coughlin, 4581, Northwest Sixth Court. Heavenly hosts protect you and all of your family. I had a question about week one, the expenses. There was $700,000. Yes. Commissioner Andrea? Yes. Commissioner Fajan? Yes. I yield. That's the roll call, right? Please go ahead. There was expenses in number three for $700,000. Basically, they were sort of, it seemed legal to me, and I was wondering why they might not appear in number four, which did deal with legal. It was $4,400. And that was my question.

Commissioner Andreu3:06

Okay. Ms. Otaniano is coming to speak to that.

SPEAKER_003:14

Good evening. Anna Otaniano, finance director. The reason it's on the legal spreadsheet is because we actually transferred the funds to the legal department to pay when it was closing. So we had to pay back the attorney for spending the $700,000. Okay? Thank you. I support the passage, number one. Thank you. Number three, excuse me.

Commissioner Andreu3:37

Number three. Motion? Motion to approve item three. Second. Ms. Beguerell, please call the roll.

Commissioner Andreu3:56

Are there any counsel comments for the CRA? Are there any public comments for the CRA? Mr. Cochlin?

SPEAKER_004:08

Dennis Cochlin, 4581 Northwestern Court. If you looked at Consent Agenda 1, you can see the picture and everything. And I was very much surprised because everything was always publics, publics, publics. But I noticed that there is a Ross, and kudos to Mr. Glennon Hall. What has happened here in the CRA since he's come aboard? Everybody knows Star Trek and Star Wars and all that warp speed is what's been happening because for the years before that, we were basically still on the launching pad. And I want to thank you for getting the Ross in there because my wife goes down to the one in Davie, and, of course, that means you have to cross State Road 84 and that. You just can't get across. So thank you. I'll yield back.

Commissioner Andreu4:57

Thank you. Any other counsel comments or public comments for the CRA? The CRA meeting is now adjourned at 6.39 p.m.
