Dennis Conklin, 4581 Northwest Six Court. I knew I'd have another bite the apple, so I greatly yield. In addressing the six, and they didn't put up your name plaques, but the CRA for people overlays exactly now the Gateway 7 district, which originally it didn't, but they adjusted the boundaries. It started in 2000 for 30 years, as was mentioned. We have until 2030. After two years, the TIF, or the Tax Increment Fund, stayed in the district, and it exceeded the millage rate, I want to say the extra millage rate, for the Gateway 7. And since that time, I've asked that that be repealed, because they already pay the same millage rate for everybody else that owns property in the city. The increase in the property in the district and in the CRA was 11.9%, and basically it voted to keep the millage rate the same for the special district. The TIF is $4.7 million, and it increased 13.5%, according to the presentation. So you're looking at basically $900,000 and $4.7,000. You're looking at $5.6 million to be spent in that district. And if you can't get anything done in that time for 27 years, I guess it is now, with all that money, you mentioned the mountain of money, it can be better spent or it could be exempted from everybody's billing for the same properties within the district. And basically, that's my comment, because there's just a whole bunch of money sitting here. There's over $300 million, according to the CAFER, the Consolidated Annual Financial Report. $300 million. I think you can find a way to relieve the extra burden of the property tax in the CRA district, of which you are directors, all six, because the mayor gets to vote in the CRA. I yield back.
