at 2:29:28No, we looked at that, and we didn't feel that it would stand on its own under our code, and because this parcel was part of the original non-conforming approval that we had, we was able to use that to expand to use this southern property.

at 6:29Madam Chair, if I may, just to highly encourage residents, you know, the reason the board wanted to implement this was really to encourage the residents to be proactive and pick up anything that is loose yard debris or dead trees, limbs, stuff like that,

at 31:04However, when you look at the assets that we have to deploy to pick up random debris throughout that section of the county, it's likely even more than what we're subsidizing this.

at 22:46And Hunt Fountain Park fence, specifically on the contract, it was for bid number 19-148B, removal and disposal of existing fence and install new fence at eight fields and one football field at Hunt Fountain Park.

at 23:08And then last but not least, over the next couple of months, I'll be visiting several of the surrounding county animal control centers and just taking some notes.

at 1:05:40And looking at the surrounding areas, I know that the last meeting it was brought up that there was a need statement that there was a fuel station or something needed at this center for people coming from the east-headed west.

at 1:06:57And for that to be really utilized as RCC, or not even RCC, to develop that area to the southwest, that's the one, if I recall, there's some roadway realignment that would be required, potentially, on that access road to the south.
