[00:04:49] Speaker 2: Hey you what's up everybody what's going on folks welcome to true trading group live stream the destruction and death in the tech trade continues here on this live stream on this fine Thursday afternoon we have Amazon we have Intel earnings that are out there both a disappointment both stocks are trading to the downside in a major way and they are pulling the entire AI trade to the downside with them Amazon is down 13% on the day Intel is down 24% on the day that is taking core we've down 10 and a half percent 10 and a half percent AMD is dropping eight and a half percent NVIDIA is down 2% SanDisk is down 8% Micron is down 9% so it just continues and this is on top of Alphabet which just yesterday bombed its earnings that stock down 13% here today and it just isn't getting any better as the rest of these tech stocks are coming out and reporting their earnings so it really does seem like this route that we've seen for the last two weeks you've seen a sell off in the AI trade it doesn't seem like this this route is finished it seems like you still have more room to the downside we remain we remain bearish I talked about this on my live stream just last over the weekend I'm thinking that the market does have some more downside to it and I still do feel this way you know I thought yesterday yesterday was kind of the day that it all it all kind of came together where yesterday from a technical standpoint the market was set up right there flooring move back to the all-time highs we had a successful test and hold of a key support level at the 100 day moving average which sits around 758 759 on the SPY that was a very key support level from a technical standpoint that level held we then bounced off of it we had the fed meeting the fed meeting the market held in there pretty well we got some good economic data data and then Alphabet's earnings were a massive disappointment Microsoft's earnings were much much better they're actually good earnings but the capex figures were a very big disappointment there across the board uh on from some of the hyperscalers with Microsoft and Alphabet the capex came in lighter than what was expected and that brought selling pressure and weakness into the rest of the AI trade and that's when you saw a kind of a turnaround and a sell-off in the Nasdaq the Nasdaq today or down almost two percent on the day um um let me just turn that off someone's calling me right now I obviously cannot talk to you at this time um and that brought more selling pressure into the tech trade into the AI trade the interesting thing though is today the equal weight S&P 500 was incredibly strong you had a one percent update on the equal weight S&P um also closing up there at highs so up up actually one and a half percent on the equal weight S&P 500 and that's because honestly GDP data was amazing today uh PC inflation data was in line with expectations jobless claims numbers were fantastic what it really comes down to right now is the storyline over the last two weeks has been this rotation this rotation out of the AI trade and into the rest of the market and into the rest of the market because the rest of the economy is still doing pretty well GDP numbers like I said today were fantastic jobless claims numbers were really good the job numbers that we've had in general over the last couple months have been pretty good um and here you go the equal weight S&P up you know one and a half percent today yet the Nasdaq down two and a half percent I can't remember the last time that I've seen that big of a spread and that big of a discrepancy between the equal weight S&P and the Nasdaq for the queues to be down here two and a half percent and the equal weight S&P to be up one and a half percent guys that that's a four percent spread um um I I don't know if I've ever seen that big of a spread between the queues and the RSP queues being the Nasdaq ETF and then RSP being the equal weight S&P ETF I don't really don't I really I really can't remember any time that we had that big of a discrepancy uh in the market but I just I don't think that you know even even with the RSP you know having a really strong day today when you talk about when you talk about the SPI I I just don't know I I can't see I can't see us getting back to these all-time highs without the AI trade you know the only way that you're gonna get the markets to move back and retest these all-time highs is if there's you know some type of a U.S. and Iran deal then maybe that can you know get the markets back up to the upside but aside from that I just don't think we're gonna be able to make a new all-time high with the AI trade continuing to get hit you know you can't have you can't have Amazon down 14% and Alphabet down 14% and Intel down 24% and AMD down 10 or 8% and CoreWeave down 10% and Nvidia down 2% I just don't think you're gonna be able to really move higher with that being the case so let's kind of get to it and let's kind of talk about um let's get to this and let's talk about what the these numbers actually are and why these stocks are selling off as hard um as they have been I will tell you this though as hard as as Intel is selling off right now as disappointing so let's take a look at the planning of our earnings that we're seeing right now if you don't own Intel in your long-term portfolio I actually do believe that down in the 60s is a very attractive place if you wanted to own Intel in your long-term portfolio I know it kind of sounds like I'm talking out of two sides of my mouth I am still bullish on the AI trade long-term but in the very near term this route that we are seeing over the last two weeks it doesn't seem like it's done yet and that let that route continue it's going to give you pullbacks on the rest of these AI stocks and then for those people that do not own these stocks for those people that are not exposed to the AI trade and just two months ago you were kicking yourself and screaming because you did not own these stocks well these stocks are down 20 30 40 percent from their highs and you need to start paying attention to them okay so I would be looking at if you do not own Intel and you are considering it I think into the 60s the high 60s is a wonderful place to to do so and to start to maybe start to buy some shares that is my opinion I might even do so I don't own Intel but there's a chance maybe that I maybe I'll buy some shares for my for my kids my son yeah maybe for Christmas or something I'll buy my kids maybe I'll buy them some Intel because I just think that the 60s is a really nice area for that for that stock so something to think about if you don't own it but you've been thinking about owning it you know this this gap down here is a significant one and you should encounter some pretty good support in the high 60s so it's something to consider there guys but let's get into the numbers we'll go to Amazon first Amazon still trading here obviously to the downside but let's go through and go through the actual numbers guys
[00:12:05] Speaker ?: um
[00:12:05] Speaker 2: okay a big miss on earnings per share for Amazon expectation was for a dollar 97 it comes in a dollar 89. let me keep going man Intel just got absolutely clobbered Amazon sees q4 advertising revenue growth in the high teens year over year they still see 26 cash capex of about 220 billion and they see aws revenue growth rates above 40% in 2027 end in 2028 q4 net sales were 240 billion to 247 billion around the estimate of 244 and a half billion q4 operating income is 28.5 billion to 33.5 I don't know why they're giving a range oh this is for their guidance um that's against estimates of 33 billion so their their operating income guidance is a little bit weak there their actual q3 aws net sales were 46 billion that's above the estimate of 45.7 very slightly aws net sales x forex is up 39 above estimates of 38 so at least your aws sales were pretty good and that's where all of your that's where the growth is seen is seen to be coming from obviously with uh with Amazon's that's a big one um net sales were 201.9 billion that is just under the estimate of 202.2 billion um um operating margins were 13.9 above the 12.9 estimate so amazon's earnings are not as bad as alphabets were they're not as bad as alphabets were but still not great that's now two out of the two out of your your mag two out of your mag seven your big your big tech names your big ai plays two out of two of them alphabet and amazon with some disappointing numbers um alphabets being the most disappointing massive support level on amazon at 214 215 okay where is that level coming from let's just call it out and identify it there in the chart it's this gap fill from april lots of structure here i want you to look at the structure you have here around 215. if you look back here on amazon you can go all the way back and you'll identify there's a there's a prior oh let me just go over here on my charts so there's a previous top then became support you broke underneath it here's resistance got back above it and then all of a sudden you see support support then you got here support again then you got them beneath it once you got underneath it resistance resistance then you got above it and now you just pulled back down into there on the actual earnings print itself so that is a very big area of support for amazon this is another spot that if you do not own amazon and you are considering you know buying some more or you're going to buying some in general or you don't own enough it you want to buy some i do think that that area is a pretty decent spot to go ahead and start grabbing some for the long-term portfolio this is a weekly chart on amazon and i think that you're going to have a massive support area once you get down towards 200 190 to 200 this yellow line you see on my screen is the 200 week moving average i think this area right here is a massive support zone if you do not own amazon in your long-term portfolio and you have been wanting to i think that that spot in there is a pretty good area to go ahead and do so okay that is my opinion on the matter so earnings not that great but also not as bad as what we saw um with alphabet okay now let's get on over to intel okay let's move on over here to intel it's like obviously getting getting obliterated here on this and let's go through intel's numbers uh earnings per share 52 cents versus 0.4 excuse me 52 cents versus 40 cents that is a beat revenue comes in line 16.5 billion versus the expectation of 16.5 billion um adjusted gross margin was 44.1 above the estimate of 42.1 operating margin 19.6 that's above the estimate of 16.5 so so far these are actually good numbers from intel q3 data center and ai revenue 7.32 billion and intel's foundry revenue 6.7 billion both above estimates while client computing revenue 8.1 billion came in below estimates of 8.82 they see q4 earnings per share of 25 cents that is well below the estimate of 43 cents they see q4 revenue between 15 and 16 billion and 16 billion that is below the estimate of 17 billion they see q4 gross margins of 38 percent that is below the estimate of 43 and they are expecting the pc market to decline into the second half of 2027 so it's not a matter of intel's earnings being bad their earnings on the quarter were actually good it is their guidance that is the problem there for intel okay it is the guidance that is the problem there for intel but again i will just repeat that is a very big support level that you have down there around 70. you go all the way back to the dot-com bubble highs those highs during the dot-com bubble were in the low 70s then you double topped it into in 2020 and 2021 and then you broke through it this year and now you pulled all the way back down into that zone my friends that area is now going to be considered a very big very key very important level of support for intel that is a great spot i think to step in for the long term now let's move on over sandisk okay let's touch upon sandisk let me just kind of keep on going through we also have starbucks we got micro strategy sandisk announcing an eight for one split man we got coinbase out as well there's a lot here guys we're just going to keep on going through it so sandisk announces an eight for one stock split which will be effective on november 19th that's nice let me give you guys some of the numbers 49.51 that's against 46.67 expectations revenue for the quarter was 11 billion expectations were 10.72 they expect 55 to 56 dollars uh earnings per share on revenue between 12.2 and 12.6 billion those are earnings per share is above estimates estimates for 53.60 revenue is in line so revenue expectations were 12.3 they're expecting 12.2 to 12.6 so a decent report there for sandisk definitely better than amazon and definitely better than alphabet um better there also compared to intel the stock is actually trading higher slightly higher after hours and they also announced the eight for one stock split um let's see is that having you know a little bit of a recovery attempt there on micron a little bit of a recovery attempt there on a and b on these quick pullbacks you are starting to get a bounce there guys on amazon again i'm telling you those those are some pretty good areas for the long-term portfolio if you don't have that don't have exposure to these stocks uh let's get on over to strategy which is barely even moving so we won't even talk about it coinbase also is not moving running uh let me go to starbucks starbucks not really moving much either but let's touch on starbucks i do have starbucks in the long-term portfolio i don't have coinbase or strategy but let's go through and talk about starbucks starbucks starbucks comparable sales rose 7.2 that's above the estimate of 6.2 us comparable sales up 7.7 that's also above the estimates international comparable sales rose 0.9 that is below the estimates of 3.36 the company says it is ahead of schedule for its 20 2028 financial framework um starbucks in the middle of a turnaround new ceo obviously that came that came over from chipotle and i went ahead um i went ahead and bought some shares on starbucks for that turnaround i also think this is a really nice looking chart um i like the chart but i also like the the opportunity with the new ceo you just have this massive wedge that's been forming here just a massive wedge forming on starbucks and you have these previous all-time highs back here from the teens like 20 2015 2016 2017 2018. you finally broke above that in 2019 then coveted hit you pulled back down ended up holding and then you held it again in 2022 and now you're forming this you know series of lower highs and higher lows condensing this um into you know this really giant wedge and i just think that with the turnaround story with starbucks and the new management team i just think that you are going to get a break a break out of this and then you know reset there and i think that you know i'm bullish on starbucks long term obviously i bought shares not too long ago um i bought shares in the like low 90s i think it was so we'll see we'll see if the the new ceo brian nichols can really turn that around he did an unbelievable job with chipotle um you can just take a look at a chart of chipotle this was brian nichols okay that is brian nichols so he left uh he left chipotle to go ahead and become the ceo of starbucks he was the ceo of chipotle right so if he can do half as good of a job uh on starbucks as he did with chipotle then we'll be we'll be in pretty good shape it pays a nice two two percent or two and a half percent dividend uh there as well okay so those are our numbers there let's keep on going let's see what else we've got oh yeah you guys want to talk about reddit we can talk about i'm surprised coinbase is barely moving reddit big move to the downside here we'll hit on reddit's earnings right it's down 14 on the day um reddit comes in a dollar 40 versus a dollar 33 revenue 894 versus 870 i'm sorry 894 versus 870 these are actually great earnings from um these are good earnings from reddit so let's check on their guidance guidance is a little light so their revenue guide is for 1 billion to 1.03 billion but analysts we're expecting 1.04 and that's got the stock down in the after hours so a good earnings for reddit but a a poor guide that's the same story with intel intel good earnings but a poor guide and that's got both of those stocks getting beaten up here in the after hour session coinbase coinbase coinbase coinbase also missed on revenue but they they did beat on earnings per share that stock's barely moving sandis continues to trade slightly higher that listen you know the eight for one split is nice because this will be this stock can be tradable now a lot of people you know kind of hide away from trading sandisk because it's thirteen hundred dollars for one share and the option contracts are incredibly expensive so a lot of people kind of shy away from trading it it's kind of like something like similar to micron a little bit where micron was above a thousand it's just you know people that have smaller accounts really can't trade these things uh but now that you do it you have a stock split coming out there for sandisk that's a that's a a good sign for retail traders that are going to be able to now trade that you know the other thing here with amazon is their cash burn as i'm going through this so amazon burned through 33 and a half billion dollars in cash flow in the four in the third quarter alone the consensus was to be expected an outflow of 7.7 billion so amazon's cash burn came in four times as bad quarterly capex exploded to 77 billion that is up 43 percent from the 54 billion in capex from the second quarter trailing free cash flow collapsed to negative 42.4 billion from negative 7.6 billion three months ago and amazon raised 48.1 billion dollars of new long-term debt that they issued during the quarter wow aws grew 39 percent that's the fastest in nearly five years but it's short of the 42 percent that the buy side was actually looking for operating income is a record 28.1 billion is a record in operating income there for aws but that's right on the 28 billion whisper number analysts we're expecting uh earnings per share like i said miss dollar 89 versus dollar 97 and their q4 operating guide is hits the midpoint of what was expected oh man wall street was expecting 33 billion but the operating guide is 28.5 to 33.5 so that's oh man that's disappointing so now now you see why these stocks are reacting the way that they are you know as we kind of dive in and get under the get under the hood here of these earnings i mean really no matter no matter how you try to no matter how you try to spin it you know these are not good reports you know this is one of the i think this is one of the more disappointing earnings starts to an earning season that we've had in quite a while these earnings are not good their earnings reactions let's let's get on over back to the overall market for just a second because i want to kind of go over with you guys my analysis on the overall market kind of what i'm thinking especially now that we're getting these earnings are coming out um the way that i see the overall markets right now is yesterday was a very pivotal day yesterday the setup was there for the move back to all-time highs we had held okay a very important support level at this purple line which is the 100-day moving average which held support the last time that it was tested back in september okay we held it right there just last week previous support there at the end of september as well okay so what i am thinking the way that i read this right is that you have you had your previous all-time high that was put in place in april we tried to break it there in the beginning of october we failed to do so then that previous all-time high became resistance again and now you were stat now you are you're establishing a lower high with a new resistance level and a lower high yesterday after bouncing off of 758 and this 100-day moving average and have this real nice climb back up to this this lower high that was our opportunity to have alphabet microsoft earnings just gangbusters and just take this thing back up through that lower high and then say that the the trend still continues and then get up there and make that new all-time high i really feel like yesterday was our chance to do so and then when you had the earnings come out from alphabet alphabet obviously being a big disappointment stock getting cratered there 13 to the downside it kind of then flushed you back out and now you got intel to the downside amazon to the downside and what looks to me like a pretty you know a pretty confirmed lower high off that previous all-time high i think that you're going to see some more down today i think we're going to get back down in here we're going to start to test the support level and then once you do get and this is exactly what i said to you guys in the live stream on sunday night too so if you guys follow the channel for a while we talked about this on sunday this support level is a very very key piece of structure if the support level breaks i would target a pullback that takes you down towards this 200-day moving average and then once you get into this 200-day moving average that's this aren't uh excuse me this yellow line you see on my screen that's when i think you gotta that's when at least i would start deploying some capital for the long-term portfolio um you know i would take advantage of a pullback like that and i would start to buy some names and that's going to get you back into this huge support level that you have here from earlier this year during the spring april may june right spring into summer you can see all that support and all that structure that we had there during that time that would just take you right back into this 200-day moving average this yellow line let that 200-day kind of work its way up run into that level and then bounce and then bounce in there and then continue continue on with our bull market i think that you know i'm going to say something here you guys just one month ago you had a lot of people that would say oh man i'm not i don't own these stocks i don't um i don't have exposure to this and i'm i'm underweight on the ai trade and i'm not making money because those stocks are even higher and i own a bunch of other stuff i think that this pullback that you're getting in these names i think it's an opportunity i i think it's an opportunity i really do you know to see some of these stocks get hit the way that they are you know amazon i think it's an opportunity intel i think it's an opportunity in the long term so you know i don't i think those of you that are out there like listen i'm i'm very heavily invested you know um yeah i've trimmed some of my some of my ai names over the last month or two but you know i'm still very heavily invested and i've got other capital that i would deploy at some of these areas like amazon you know uh intel i think these are areas that you can start to think about doing that but i just don't know if the overall index is going to be able to kind of buck this lower high and get back up to 780 without the ai trade so it's starting to feel like guys we've got to kind of break this support level on the nasdaq if you guys look at this nasdaq area you'll see 700 um you'll see the 700 level on the queues right the 700 level here on the queues very key support level very key area of structure and if that level breaks kind of same thing you got to look for a pullback at least down into that 200-day moving average and probably even kind of flush underneath it so the the two big levels that i would point out for you on the overall market is this 758 758 759 right 758 759 support level there on the spot if that breaks look for more downside the queues 700 if 700 breaks look for more downside okay so that's what i'm that's what i'm thinking about okay and i am leaning towards more downside so i think there's going to be there's opportunity for us to trade to the downside i think um and then i think you're going to be left with some really great opportunities in the long-term portfolio this is not i'm telling you guys this right now this is not a pullback or sell-off in these ai stocks that i am running away from this is a pullback and a sell-off in ai stocks that if you do not have exposure i would be looking to add to add exposure that's my personal thoughts we're going to uh do something a little bit different here though guys actually on the live my business partner is actually going to come on here in a couple of minutes and is going to ask me a couple of questions so i'm going to be put on the hot seat and we will uh we'll see what questions adam has in store for me if you guys are just joining the live stream welcome you might be wondering who i am maybe and why i should listen to any of the things that i talk about on this channel and so it's a good question to ask my name is michael edward paranadi i go by michael edward i'm the co-founder and head trader of ttg we are not just a chat room with courses and trade alerts yes we have those things yes they're fantastic we have myself and seven other professional traders that are trading in front of you live every day we share our screen answer questions provide market commentary analysis and send out trade alerts throughout the entire trading session but ttg is a fintech platform okay that has tools resources data analytics and trading software that genuinely gives retail traders an edge and an advantage over other traders that do not have access to these tools we received the benzina fintech award for best ai analysis tool we are partnered up with the nasdaq open ai data bento and a bunch of unusual whales a bunch of others that have enabled us to build out the fintech platform that we now have that is ttg ai we have 11 000 members from 114 different countries okay we are truly a global community here with something for everybody we trade stocks options crypto futures we trade we do scalps we do day trades swing trades we do long-term portfolio investing as well there's literally something for everybody here guys at true train group okay and the thing that really matters the most when you are when you're thinking about you know where should i where should i hang my hat you know maybe you're interested in the stock market you're interested in this game and you're trying to figure out what's the best way and what's what gives you the highest chance of making money i mean what it really comes down to if you're trying to determine what is the best place for you to give your chance yourself the best chance of making money you got to look at the members that are already there don't look at don't necessarily look at me look at the members that are already there and ask those members how they are doing because the members that we have at true training group are no different than you they literally were you they're you know 82 of our members have a full-time job some people joined never having traded a stock or an option or a futures contract a day in their life other people have joined you know with a lot of experience it just depends we have people that made their first trade ever with us and our people that joined after doing this for 25 years and everything else in between but the reason why so many of our members stay with us at a retention rate at your training group that's well into the mid 70s the reason why so many people stay is because our members actually do well and our members make money because the tools resources and trading softwares and systems that we have on the platform they actually work and they help them make better decisions they keep them in much better trades they give them guidance throughout those trades and it improves their pnl and their consistency and you shouldn't just take my word for it just because i'm some guy on a youtube channel you should take my word for it because that's what our members actually have to say and i'll prove it to you members okay here cool remind says plug into this group you'll be glad you did robar says awesome program right so that's not you know these are just these are members but here i'll ask members that are on this live stream i know we got a bunch of you that are here do me a favor and type the number one in chat right now if you are making money and you're becoming a better trader because of ttg let's go ahead and type the number one now those of you that might be on the stream that are not members pay very close attention to the amount of people that you are about to see type number one inside of this chat because all of these people are your peers they're your friends they're your family members they're your co-workers they're your uber if all these people are sitting here telling you that they're making money why can't you why can't you they're not luckier than you i already told you 82 of them have full-time jobs so they don't have more time than you so what is it i'll tell you what it is it's mari which is our own our own model we serve our own inference at your trading group mari has made me the best version of my trading self that i have ever been that's there's one of our members fit my nachi mari is our own model it is it's specifically only for trading and investing it is not something you're going to use to help you build a website or to help with your kids homework but anything anything trading or investing related you will not get a better response a more detailed response with more thorough analysis for a trader than you will get from mari this is the reason why we received the benzina fintech award for best ai analysis tool is mari we have different ai tools and algorithms that give you an edge and an advantage over others we have a data partnership agreement with the nasdaq that gives us access to level three data which makes a distinction between institutional orders versus retail orders so we actually can say hey i see support at a hundred dollars we can look at level three and say hey mari what's level three data show and let mari will mari has access to the to the raw feed and mari will tell you well there's 142 institutional buy orders between 99 80 and 120 versus only 71 sellers okay great thanks mari i'm gonna go ahead and take this long now right it's literally i don't mean to oversimplify it but it really is literally as simple as that so if you you think you see a supportive resistance level just ask mari to look at the level three data and then see what the institutional order flow looks like that's a major advantage that we have over other retail traders because they don't have access to that data we have a trade plan generator that we call the holy grail where you just type in what security do you want to trade you want to trade an option contract a futures contract want you to stock crypto then you type in the ticker symbol okay you type type in the ticker symbol and then you put in um you have to type in the ticker symbol you put in the size of your account how much you want to risk on the trade and then you're trading style scalp day trade swing trade or long-term investment or long-term hold then you click run analysis you wait 30 seconds an entire detailed trading plan gets gets populated for you the entire detailed trading plan with a direction a entry a stop loss multiple profit targets position size as well as confidence score anything that's 70 confidence or higher that's a trade we take every time guys here in true training group our members have generated you know close to a million trade plans since we've launched that tool i think we're well over 800 000 trade plans and the win rate on those trade plans is just over 70 it's an unbelievable tool it's called the holy grail it's a trade plan generator 80 of it is deterministic it's an actual algorithm that's based on my style and strategy and and analysis um and 20 ai you know interpretation of data and ai analysis of data data layered on top of data we have active trader which is our trading software that actually connects mari with uh through a broker pack with your um with your trading account and can actually execute trades for you it's just unbelievable tools and systems that we have on this platform and that's the reason why so many of our members are making money and that's the reason why so many people stay with us i i wish i can sit here and just say to you hey i am i'm the world's greatest trader and that's why our members make money it's not true i'm not the world's greatest trader i'm a damn good one i've been doing this for 19 years i got my start working at a hedge fund in new york city they trained me that's how i got my start into trading and then you know i received one of their trader of the year awards back in 2008 during the great recession the big stock market crash i actually received one of their trading awards for a trader of the year and then you know fast forward many years later and now i'm the co-founder and the head trader of this fintech platform we had 11 000 users from all over the world um working partnerships with some of the best companies in the in the trading space and i couldn't be any more happy and excited about where the the direction that this company is going in the direction that our members future and success is going so that's really the truth and honestly if there's anybody that's on this live right now if you guys are not members you can try out some of our systems like the tools and resources you can try our platform for 90 days we do have a 90 day trial just send it send us a text message if anyone's on this live stream and you guys want to use our platform for 90 days use that holy grail use maury and really see for yourself experience for yourself the difference that these tools and resources and experience the advantage that you will have with these tools you can send us a text message we'll get you set up for a 90 day trial okay so shoot us a text 1-888-621-2127 okay again that is 1-888-621-2127 okay the phone number is right at the bottom of your screen if you guys have any questions or if you need help with anything text that number but like i said if you guys want to try the 90 day trial and you guys can use some of our our tools and systems just go ahead and shoot a text that number um go ahead and shoot it and shoot it and shoot a text to to that number all right all right so again that's 1-888-621-2127 all right so like i said guys just a minute we're going to do something a little bit different here like i said uh my business partner is going to come on the live here in just a second and is going to put me in the hot seat ask me a bunch of questions and see where we kind of go uh where we go from here you know with everything amd is trying to bounce back nvidia is still trading near lows alphabets near lows let's go take a quick check in on amazon amazon's bounced back man that was a great support level guys i said it i said it right here on the lies at 215. so there it is a lot of structure there 215 you're already back to 232 it's a hell of a bounce that's a hell of a bounce there on amazon let's see let's check out intel see if intel's bounced back yet no not as much so that's what i'm saying these are these are attractive areas for the long-term portfolio that i think people really should be considering it's um and you have to think of it this way too when you are when when you're investing for your long-term portfolio do not try to buy the lowest price possible you just want to try to buy you just want to try to buy a good price not necessarily the lowest price and i think i think intel in the 60s or low 70s i think it's a good price is it the lowest price i don't know but is it a good price i think so i think amazon 215 is it the lowest price i don't know but is it a good price yeah i think so uh i think adam is ready to hop on here guys why is tech getting destroyed so cody text get destroyed just these last two days because of disappointing earnings and guidance figures from alphabet amazon intel yet fortinet uh also service now just some disappointing earnings reports and i i just i don't think that i just don't know if this flush out that we've seen this route that we've seen over the last couple of days in the ai trade i just don't know if it's done but either way i think that these areas on amazon and intel specifically because these are the ones that just supported earnings but i think these stocks specifically i think they're at some pretty good support levels if you do not have the exposure in the long term it's my opinion those are some pretty good prices there he is guys everyone give a shout out there's my business partner co-founder of true trading group his name is adam what's going on man oh man it's a busy busy day brother busy day long time that we have not been on a live stream together i know man you
[00:47:01] Speaker 3: haven't been on you haven't been on one of these with me in a long time i i i wasn't allowed to uh come out from my hole until live trading was i know live to everybody yet so i know speaking of which the second we're done with this live i'm going to open up the main room live trading is done and ready to be launched to everybody it's not just the insider group so we're going to go over it there but i got three questions for you that i want you to ask and i don't want you to you know turn it back on me i want you to answer them okay okay okay all right so the first one the vibe on x like x.com right now yeah um by the way uh if they need to uh know where to find you on there where do they go yeah if you guys want
[00:47:43] Speaker 2: to find me on x i'm always posting analysis trade ideas my thoughts uh my twitter handle or my x handle is at mike edward underscore ttg again it is at mike edward underscore ttg you guys can also go there too you can see some of the the tools and resources that we have on the platform and we're sharing some of the outputs that we get from maury and some of our systems but like i said if you guys want to try the tools and systems and trading softwares and the model that we have um again there's a reason why we work with the nasdaq there's a reason why we're partnering up with companies like data bento unusual whales benzinga there's a reason why we received the benzina fintech award there's a reason why we got 11 000 members from all over the world um come check it out see for yourself you got a 90-day trial just shoot a text message if you want to try the systems 1-888-621-2127 again guys that phone number's down there at the bottom of the
[00:48:35] Speaker 3: screen if you need it excellent so uh the vibe on x right now is a little bleak uh in general i don't know if you've seen it but i'm seeing a ton of posts about preparing for something like 90 days without power or easy access to food or water um i don't know if you guys have been seeing this but uh governments around the world i guess a lot of people claiming that nothing matters and we're all about to hit a giant reset financial institutions government all are about to get wiped out um a lot of this is in response to actual governments in europe and even the united states saying like um you know giving preparedness orders right saying hey make sure you have 90 days worth of food and you know water and supplies and all that stuff and a lot of this is you know due to you know the potential for uh for cyber attacks and how that could potentially affect infrastructure in these countries right i mean and to give reference just today polymarket right the predictions market website was hacked and early reports of that indicate a lot of people lost a lot of money so far so the question is should anyone be thinking long term right now given it seems like at least according to social media that we're about
[00:49:55] Speaker 2: to go through a cyber apocalypse capital y capital e capital s exclamation point yes um people should be thinking long term right now i do not believe um that the ai trade is over i think you know to put to put things in perspective for people we are three years in essentially three three and a half years in to the greatest technological revolution and capex build out that the world has ever seen there's a couple of other instances where you've seen massive massive technological infrastructure build outs infrastructure build outs um like this are important because when you have a technological advancement that outgrows the current infrastructure that exists you don't it's not just about technology advancing it's about upgrading the entire or creating an entire infrastructure system to support it and that requires an insane amount of investment to create an entirely new set of infrastructure what you've seen in the past would be like um the the with telecom services and cell phone towers that was a huge infrastructure build out where the technology advanced the infrastructure was not there to support it so you had to spend massive amounts of money for telecom services with all your cell phone towers transmission lines everything else in order for it to build that infrastructure obviously the internet the fiber optic cables with the internet to provide the internet this amazing new technology to all of these different people that infrastructure did not exist the railroad expansion getting services or getting goods you know across the country the railroad that infrastructure did not yet exist so these are just examples throughout history where massive infrastructure investment is needed to build out infrastructure for this advancement we are only three to three and a half years into this ai infrastructure build out and it's by far the largest from a monetary standpoint of all of the other prior advancements that we have had when you look back at the dot-com bubble that infrastructure build out lasted about six years okay you go back to you know the railroad expansion you're talking about many many years that that expansion took place before eventually like the bubble popped in 2000 um after the with the internet bubble i do not believe that the ai build out with the hundreds of billions which will which will end up being trillions of dollars of investment that goes into that infrastructure build out i do not believe that that bull market that is created from that only lasts three and a half years we had a real bear market in 2022 you reset then 2023 and then the start of a new bull market has occurred on the back of the release of chat gpt from open ai november of 2022 but really the release was november of 2022 so really it's 2023 right obviously you can't count 2022 it's really 2023 was your first year so you're not even four years into to that that infrastructure build out i do not think it's over yet and what a lot of people don't necessarily realize is the parabolic move that the stock market made from 1996 97 98 99 before eventually popping in 2000 the market's been the markets were up in 1997 i believe like 36 but in the middle of the year the market went down like 18 in 1998 the markets finished up like another 30 but in the middle of the year the markets went down like 10 or 15 percent 1999 we finished up like 17 18 on the s p but the markets went down like 9 or 10 percent throughout the course of the year so all throughout those massive historic that massive historic bull market rally you saw severe downturns throughout that entire bull market where the markets went completely parabolic in 98 99 and if you look at cisco cisco was one of the leaders in the the internet kind of space you can relate that to like nvidia today nvidia is the poster child for the ai trade cisco was the poster child for the internet trade back in the late 90s even during 1998 1999 you have instances where cisco went down 38 percent in the middle of the year and then went down 36 percent the next year but intel finished 1998 up 150 but it went down 36 throughout the course of the year my point is you're going to get periods of time within a bull market that you're going to have flush outs and you're going to have sentiments reverse but in a true bull market and in a build out like we have here they they just turn out to be buying opportunities you should be looking you should be considering you
[00:54:51] Speaker 3: should be considering long term yes all right excellent so um next question is can you give me the definition of the actual not i'm not talking about ai bubble i mean in general what is an actual bubble
[00:55:11] Speaker 2: if i had to define a bubble i would say it's a euphoric rise in asset prices around a speculation or industry that carries so much excitement around it that the the rise in valuations far outpaces what
[00:55:33] Speaker 3: ends up being the reality of value created um and can you explain it can you explain it to me like i'm a
[00:55:41] Speaker 2: fifth grader you think something is going to be really big one day and you get really excited that it's going to be really big one day and you get so excited that you start paying prices that eventually will no longer be what makes sense for what actually happens what reality becomes um and it's usually starts off as something that demand far outpaces supply and then the bubble pops once when demand outpaces supply it spurs investment to create more supply to meet that demand when the demand is so high and so insatiable for it you get this rapid build out of supply that eventually surpasses the demand and that is the moment that the bubble pops once demand no longer outpaces supply that's what happened during the internet boom you had all these fiber optic cables that were laid out and everything but you know it ended up we ended up over building out there and there's a chance you end up over building you know in the ai trade and the data center trade but it doesn't make the it doesn't make the technology disappear the technology is still revolutionary and changes the world and grows into something incredible like even though the dot-com bubble burst in 2000 2001 you still had trillions of dollars of wealth and value that was created after the dust settled from that bubble bursting it doesn't make the technology disappear it just resets the valuations and brings things back to reality and what's left is all the poor companies not poor like financially poor like poor like lower quality companies they don't survive the bubble pop but what's left after the bubble pops is the best quality companies in that space and they then go on to become the alphabets the microsoft's you know the amazons of the world that came out of the dot-com bubble
[00:57:47] Speaker 3: okay so with that that makes a lot of sense um so with that said is our is ai a bubble right now
[00:57:57] Speaker 2: i don't think it's a bubble right now no because just because supply is so constrained demand so far outpaces supply right now it's just it's not even funny like even we see it oh i guess i
[00:58:11] Speaker 3: guess i misunderstood i thought you said if supply i'm sorry if demand outpace outpaces supply
[00:58:19] Speaker 2: well that's how you that's how you get the that's when demand outpaces supply that's how you get the bull market and that's how you get all the excitement of the value go ahead i'm sorry that's that's how you know asset prices begin to rise and the the demand creates the need to invest to create more supply to meet that demand but eventually that demand will peak and when the demand peaks you still have the build out and all of a sudden you're left with more supply eventually at some point we you'll probably reach a point where supply catches up and then you have a reset in valuations of like assets around ai like stock prices and everything but that that time is i just don't think that that time is now that that time is not now you have the demand so far outpaces supply it's not even funny talk to anybody like even you you and i guys we have our own we invest in our own ai infrastructure at your trading group so like we know firsthand how difficult
[00:59:18] Speaker 3: it is to get your hands on certain cards and um yeah but but what if all of that is and i don't mean to cut you off i'm just saying but like what if what if all of that is um like i guess what i'm saying is first of all what if all of that is overblown right and can you have an industry like ai or the internet or you know one of these big things that maybe even resembles a bubble or whatever wherein it can still come back down to earth without it being so detrimental to the market like can it settle without it being a bubble or without it being something like terrible um or like it all has to go through that like that's just like you know yeah
[01:00:06] Speaker 2: it's like i mean pro i mean it's it's just it's kind of it's just market cycles like that's just historically it's just because wall street it it's really referring to stock prices right and the thing about stock prices and wall street is that people are greedy and eventually stock prices go too far they go too high and then there's some type of a pinhead that slows down the demand whether it be super aggressive rate hikes by the fed or some type of a recession that slows down demand and then you get a big sell-off in in stock prices and you get a bear market you know but that's but that's a normal course of action amongst any you know you have a bull market that lasts several years and then a bear market follows and then it resets and then a new bull market starts like those are that that is literally market cycles you know it's usually you know you have a bull market for five six seven eight years and then you have a bear market and then you have a bull market five six seven eight ten years and then you have a bear market it it's just market cycles i mean i i wouldn't think it would be any different eventually we're going to have a bear market do i think that that is right now no but eventually we'll have a bear market and the s p will go down more than 20 percent like it went down more than 20 in 2022 it went down 20 during liberation day in 2025 like it's not it's not unheard of for those things to happen but when that time finally comes i i would be so aggressively buying the once the ai trade finally busts and you get a bear market i would be so aggressively buying that but again i i don't think that that time is now i think that this is another shakeout within a within a larger bull market very similar to what happened during the dot-com era within 1997 1998 1999 you had very severe market declines during that time period and not a lot of people realize that all right and then um all right
[01:01:59] Speaker 3: that's awesome so then last question last question um we got midterm elections next week right yeah all right what effect do midterm elections and the potential for the restart of the iran war have
[01:02:14] Speaker 2: on the markets going into next week um i don't necessarily think that like the midterm election itself is going to have a really big impact on the market typically historically speaking you usually get some pretty good volatility going into a midterm election uh usually like the market usually goes down going into a midterm election um i i would think that we're going to see probably more of that this year too i don't see a reason for that not to be the case especially with the earnings that we've just seen i just i think the market has some more downside in it you know in the very very near term um but i think the midterm election when you look at november 3rd i think what matters more is not necessarily the results of the midterm election i think it's the deadline of this the us and iran war of being the midterm election i think that's what matters the most and if you have a um a resumption of um intense military strikes then oil prices are going to continue to move higher you'll get you know upward inflationary pressures the stock market would most likely go down further um if you get if we go back to intense you know military strikes if you don't if there was some type of a deal between the us and iran before the midterm election and you do not go back to military action that would be a positive then for the market so it's not i don't look at the midterm election as like hey who wins the house who wins the senate and like that's going to make the market go up or down i actually don't think that that necessarily really matters it's more this this imposed deadline of are we going to go back to to military strikes or not and that i think is what's going to have the bigger impact on the market
[01:04:04] Speaker 3: all right that's that's really all all i got good questions though man yeah all right thank you i
[01:04:11] Speaker 2: want to i mean try to maybe get a fire extinguisher before you go i mean i want you to lose from a meme
[01:04:16] Speaker 3: brother you're like the room is burning and everything's fine yes man thank you i know
[01:04:22] Speaker 2: hence me telling you to get a fire extinguisher i don't think that's what it was do you think i actually think that there's fire behind you no i think that maybe you didn't
[01:04:32] Speaker 3: under it doesn't matter anyways all good thank you for taking the questions okay thanks for giving up so
[01:04:40] Speaker 2: there you guys have it all right um that was awesome uh thank you adam for for coming on and and asking some really great questions i think was very helpful to the the audience let's get back in here to the overall markets for just a second and let's check in we are at dead fresh lows of the session um on the spy and i'm telling you guys again i think we are going lower i think we're going to see this accelerate to the downside i think we're going to get back down into this level and this time around you're going to try to hold it you're going to try to hold it and then i think it breaks right so i am looking for more downside in the very near term at least over maybe the next one to two weeks i'm looking for us to get some more downside here and get back into the 750s and at least at the very minimum at least the very minimum test kind of these mid to low 750s and then possibly getting all the way down into the 7 30s and testing this 200-day moving average so in the very near term i am bearish but in the long term i am still bullish we're looking for day trades and short-term swing trades to the downside for the next one to two weeks um but then for the next several months to year plus we are still looking for um buy opportunities to add exposure to some of these tech trades tech names and some of these ai stocks and the sell-off that we are experiencing in some of those names over the last you know month or so two to three weeks i think is going to be providing some pretty decent opportunities that i don't think people should just you know kind of shrug off okay i think there are some opportunities out there that i think are are legitimate like intel in the 60s low 70s you know amazon down there 215 i think those are some pretty decent spots that you should not be ignoring okay so in the short term we look for more downside on the short side and then when that dust settles we look for some some buy points on individual names all right so guys folks again if you're not a member you guys are more than welcome to come trade with us for 90 days but more importantly you can use our use our model use our tools um and really get a feel for what it's like to be a member of this platform and see for yourself the positive impact that our our systems and tools can have on your trading that's why we give you access for 90 days not seven days a seven-day trial is ridiculous nobody can tell anything in seven days but we're going to give you 90 days to use our platform and use our tools and see the impact it has on your p l the impact it has on your win rate your consistency the size of your average win being larger the size of your average loss being smaller the consistency of those wins the consistency of that profitability i want you guys to actually realize it for yourself so if you're interested in trying these things out for 90 days shoot us a text message folks 1-888-621-2127 again that phone number if you need it it's right down there at the bottom of your screen do not hesitate my teach d fam guys back into main chat if you guys heard adam live trading for everyone that has active trader is ready to be released so again just to recap for those that are not familiar active trader is a trading software that we have a true trading group it's our most premium product that we have it has our most powerful version of mari which is our model and it actually allows you to trade in autopilot mode or co-pilot mode autopilot mode is that you can actually have mari execute the trades for you if you're not at your desk or if you just have a problem with trading with emotions you can just let mari execute the trades for you co-pilot mode is you actually execute the trades but mari is right there with you by your side analyzing everything in real time to provide you guidance throughout all of your your trading and all of your positions that's co-pilot so we released a few weeks ago um that that system and that software to all of our people that are part of our teaching insiders club they all have been trading with real live capital for the last couple weeks the rest of our members that have active trader have been trading on simulated accounts for the last month month and a half but i am happy to report that we are now ready to release the live capital trading for all of our active trader members so if you guys want to head on over to main chat now we'll be back on in there for the release of live trading with the active trader system so head on over there otherwise guys if you're not a member i hope you take advantage of the trial shoot us a text we'd love to hear from you we'd love to have you in the in the group uh otherwise i'll see you guys in chat tomorrow all right have a great night subscribe to the channel smash a like button show some love i'll see you guys all all later.
